Business System Analyst  | Seattle, WA

Just-Evotec Biologics is seeking a highly motivated and creative business system analyst that desires a significant opportunity to help invent the technologies required to improve worldwide access to biotherapeutics.

The position will support development and application of business and scientific software systems and methods for capacity planning and resource modeling. The successful candidate will have strong business analyst as well as project management skills. This position will work closely with members of the software engineering and business teams and must also possess strong communication and collaboration skills and an ability to work directly with internal clients. 

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Delineate use cases, requirements, and detailed plans needed to implement software systems
  • Lead teams to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Coordinate work with internal and external clients
  • Provide leadership both in a supervisory capacity and as part of a team
  • Collaborate with business and scientific staff across multiple disciplines to accomplish goals

Requirements:

  • B.S. or equivalent experience in computer science or related field
  • Experience with software development projects
  • Ability to translate requirements into actionable software development cycles
  • Work with scientific, business, and development teams to set priorities
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, analyze/interpret, and effectively communicate results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective task/time management organizational skills
  • Strong drive toward innovation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of business analyst or project management experience
  • Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries
